1. V ます:  ます　is used when a sentence expresses a habitual or a truth. It is also used when a sentence expresses a thing that will occur in the future.  ます makes a sentence polite.

ex, わたしは　まいにち　べんきょうします。 I study every day

2. When a verb denotes a momentary action or movement, the time when it occurs is marked with the particle に、にis added when the noun before it uses a numeral, and it can also be added to the days of the week.

ex, 8じに　おきます。　I get up at 8 am.

げつようびに　大阪へ　いきます。　I’m going to Osaka on Monday.

3. Verb Forms:

ex, 　あした　６じに　おきます。I’ll get up  at six tomorrow morning.

けさ　５じに　おきました。I got up at five this morning.
